2020 International Congress on Advances in Nuclear Power Plants

The 2020 International Congress on Advances in Nuclear Power Plants welcomes the submission of full-length technical papers, which will be peer reviewed and published.  ICAPP 2020 will organize a set of specialized technical sessions along the following Tracks that ensured the success of previous ICAPP meetings.  All authors will present their papers in English. About 20 minutes will be allotted for each paper. At least one author is required to register for the congress.

Authors should submit a 300 word abstract (text only) with contact information & preferred track number by Sunday, September 29, 2019.

About ICAPP 2020

The International Congress on Advances in Nuclear Power Plants (ICAPP) provides a forum for leaders of the nuclear community to exchange information, present results from their work, review the state of the industry, and discuss future directions and needs for the deployment of new nuclear power plant systems around the world. Construction of the first nuclear power project in the UAE,  Unit 1 of Barakah Nuclear Energy Plant,  is now complete and it is expected online in early 2020.  Site visits to Barakah are planned in conjunction with ICAPP 2020.

Student Competition: Elevator Pitch Contest

Please submit a 400-word summary of how you could approach an opportunity to pitch a proof-of-principle product to CEOs and VIPs. Please include any details you see necessary for your idea to be shortlisted for a final presentation. A small sub-set of all submitted summaries will go on to be actually pitched in front of general audience (including judges) at ICAPP 2020.  The winner will be announced in a ceremony during the conference.  Complete Details
